Lowongan Kerja Director Of Conservation & Sustainable Use Of Biodiversity Program Terbaru PT Yayasan Keanekaragaman Hayati Indonesia.
He/she will be directly responsible to the Executive Director in managing various grant programs as set in our institution's mission and objectives. The works will cover a whole cycle of our programs, inclusive but not limited to; initiate –implement- monitoring the innovative grant programs. He/She needs to have the capability to establish and maintain collaborative efforts with key stakeholders, and also access to funding resources for conservation and sustainable use of biodiversity.
Minimum qualifications/experiences requirement :
- Has strong leadership skills
- Minimum S2 degree in Forestry / Biology / Natural Resources Conservation
- Has at least 10 – 15 years professional experience in managing complex program, preferably grantmaking in the area of conservation and sustainable use of biodiversity, community development, renewable energy, and climate change.
- Has extensive knowledge and understanding on community development and natural resources policy /regulation issue and multi-stakeholder engagement
- Strong communication and interpersonal skill for internal and external organization's development.
- Ability to develop network with related government agencies, bilateral and multilateral donor institutions, corporate, and civil societies.
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
