We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who will take full ownership of the A/R & Collection position at a large size company.

ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE STAFF

Job Responsibilities:

Include but not limited to:

Make daily collection calls
Conduct account research and analysis
Maintain an accurate aging report
Identify and execute the necessary process adjustments
Send statement to outstanding customers
Reconcile A/R to the G/L
Interact with customers to resolve outstanding issues

Job Requirement

Bachelor degree in Accounting/Business Management/Bookkeeping or equivalent experience;
Minimum 3 (three) years total corporate experience with high volume Accounts Receivables, Collections, and order to cash process;
Must have knowledge of general accounting principles
Proficient in an ERP Systems, such as SAP and query tools;
Confidentiality, accuracy and detail oriented;
Customer and vendor relations experience, strong customer service skills;
Strong analytical and data analysis ability and background;
Excellent communication and relationship building skills;
Conflict management skills and strong negotiation skills;
Ability to recognize and recommend changes;
Team player;
Business process improvement skills;
Strong organizational skills, ability to work on multiple tasks concurrently.
