Restaurant Operational Manager
We are looking for an Experienced Restaurant Operational Manager with a very strong background in managing human resource and system in F&B world, who is able to work under pressure and organizing the daily operation which is related to the hospitality, restaurant and retail store.
Requirements :
Diploma or Bachelor Degree in F&B and or Hospitality
2 Years in experience being an Operational Manager
Minimum 30 years old
Job Description:
- Having strong leadership, motivation and managerial skill
- Having strong communication skill between employees of different departments and is able to facilitate them be it complains , critiques or inputs.
- Good grooming and attitude
- Responsible to maintaining standards of service in all outlets.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring timely and successful execution of company objectives.
- Supervise and direct staff on large spectrum of critical issues, ensuring clear communication between all departments.
- Participate in critical decisions and provide interdepartmental problem resolutions for variety of issues.
- Lead weekly meeting rhythms and build effective relationships with company's key management personnel.
- Create SOP, systems, planning calendars, manage and facilitate the workflow of launching new menus.
- Deadline for opening new outlet, marketing and sales strategic.
- Identify and oversee strategic endeavors aimed for revenue growth.
- Maintain open communications with all department heads and employees, communicating all company and employee concerns to management.
- Review and approve all personnel issues including all employee time-off requests for vacation, sick and personal days, employee timecards and payroll adjustments.
- Evaluate all hiring needs; coordinate and participate in the entire hiring process. -
- Conduct the orientation and training of all new employees.
- Conduct new employee three-month reviews, update job descriptions and facilitate annual job performance reviews.
- Have the ability of pre-opening businesses.
