Job Details :
  • Manage all activities of company under guidelines or direction from Headquarter
  • Monitor and manage all staffs of every departments to ensure every staffs are doing and keeping up with their job
  • Stand as a local HR representative of the company
  • Authorize in a limited finance role, in charge of payment and petty cash approval up to certain limit
  • Hold a weekly sales meeting and report accordingly
  • Control daily sales activity and make regular sales report weekly to headquarter
  • Liaise with headquarter, forwarder and warehouse of all incoming shipment activities
  • In charge of all showroom activities
  • Carry out any additional task passed by headquarter or instructed by Chairman
  Requirements :
  • A university graduate (minimum S1)
  • Minimum 3 years of managerial level experience, preferably from related industry
  • Trustworthy professional, high integrity
  • Have an HR past experience will be an advantage
  • Computer literate
  • Able to communicate well in English
