Lowongan Kerja Sr. Architect Terbaru PT Putragaya Wahana.
The requirements are:
- Male, max 40 years old
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree of Architecture Engineering /Design Interior
- Having experience in project minimum 10 years, preferably extensive working experience behalf of Developer is essential. Overseas project experience is more preferable
- Having experience of working on High Rise Building (Office tower/Apartment/Mansion/ Residential)
- The candidate who remains calm under pressure, commands respect, has the confidence of their colleagues and can communicate effectively at all levels
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence decisions
- Able to establish and maintain effective working relationships (internal and external)
- The ability to work under pressure to meet set deadlines
- The ability to plan ahead, co-ordinate and prioritize workloads
- Good command in English
- Independently design and develop one or more features
- Conversant with planning, design, project management and building regulations of property development and hospitality projects
- Coordinate with various design consultants and in-house engineering and project department
