Digital Campaign Manager PT Big Mobile

The Role: Reporting to the Senior Campaign Manager you will take ownership of all elements related to the campaign management from trafficking, delivery, and optimisation and ensuring the campaign is delivered on time, on budget and in line with the KPIs. Assist in the development and maintenance of operational sales procedures in order to maintain and grow digital revenue and maximise yield. You will sit in the Jakarta operations team and work closely with the sales team acting as a go to and expert when it comes to trading inventory, ad tech and the latest digital trends. You will recommend and provide suggestions to sales to help them service the client. The impact of the role will be measured in terms of the financial benefits to the business and internal feedback. The successful candidate will have a very strong attention to detail and some understanding of digital advertising. Past experience in online media will be an advantage. All communication and instructions will b e given in English and as this role overlooks analysis and communications across various markets, having excellent English skills is compulsory. Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with account managers to understand the IO and the KPI/Measures of success for the campaign, providing recommendations on inventory sources and ensuring a minimum margin is achieved.
  • Execute on all operational efforts relating to traffic management of ad campaigns.
  • Place booking / schedule bookings with related publishers / networks as required.
  • Prepare campaign performance reports and post-campaign analysis for advertisers on a weekly basis.
  • Continually monitor campaign delivery and make performance recommendations to account managers and clients.
  • Provide active support to account managers in all issues related to the delivery and performance of their campaigns.
  • Join weekly catch up meeting with Operational Directors.
  • Manage Gross Margin for campaigns
Technical Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience with ad serving and other ad management systems (in particular Appnexus) is preferable
  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business or Media.
  • Demonstrated expertise using MS Office programs Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, diligence and follow-through, and experience prioritizing multiple deadlines.
  • Self-starter, goal-oriented, and ability to work well in a fast- paced environment.
  • Clear understanding of how to provide superior client service.
Skills Required:
  • Exceptional learning and problem solving skills coupled with the ability to communicate these clearly and support business goals.
  • Experience with ad serving and other ad management systems (in particular Appnexus) is preferable.
  • Demonstrated expertise using MS Office programs Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, diligence and follow-through, and experience prioritizing multiple deadlines.
  • Analytical experience ideally within the online industry and experience in a foreign market.
  • Self-starter, goal-oriented, and ability to work well in a fast- paced environment, be ok to raise issues and flag stuff.
  • Proficiency in English and be able to prove it e.g. TOEFL, IELTS or any other English tests.
  • Clear understanding of how to provide superior client service.
