Job Description :

To coordinate the compilation of the documentation of Quality Management System (Quality Manual, Quality Procedures, Work Instruction, Standard) in accordance with ISO 9001-2008 and/or ISO/TS.
To coordinate the implementation of Quality Management System
To controlling all documents related to Quality Management System
To ensure the Quality System documents are in accordance with ISO 9001-2008/ ISO/TS requirements.
To report to QMS M/R about the performance of the Managemet System including the needs of improvements and corrective actions
To support and guide the team in compiling and implementing the Quality Management Systems in accordance with ISO 9001-2008 requirements
To communicate with external parties which are related to the implementation of ISO 9001-2008

Requirements:

Minimum A bachelor degree (S1)/Diploma (D3) Industrial Engineering, or any related field from reputable Unversity
Female/Male max 30 years old
Mastery in Quality Management System ISO 9001-2008 (Certifed)
Having experience as ISO 9001-2008 auditor (Certified) same preferable with ISO/TS
Experience in planning, implementing and maintenance of the Management System for ISO 9001 (Manual, Procedures, WI, Jobdesc, etc), ISO 14001, ISO/TS, PDCA Cycle, and 5S
Familiar with Computer, Presentation skill , is a must (Understand of HSE/OHSAS18001 is advantage)
Having experience minimum 2 years in Manufacturing Industry Management (advantage) and System ISO 9001-2008
Fluent in English – oral and written (preferably)
Having a good Time Managemant and Integrity
Willing to work hard, working in field (Genbaism), under pressure and high initiative
Reliable and a good team player
Could work with minimum supervising
Willing to be placein Karawang
