Responsibilities:
- Analyzing medical claim documents from customer or hospital provider to ensure the documents completed
- Reviewing information on submitted claims and investigate when claims are not medically reasonable
- Monitoring hospitalized patients and proactively work with treating doctors to ensure that patients received appropriate treatments
- Ensures that claims submitted are processed as timely and accurately
Requirements:
- Max 30 years old
- Min. Diploma from midwife or nursing from reputable university
- Min. 2 years of working experience as claim analyst in Life Insurance company
- Computer literate ( MS. Excel & Office is a must )
- Details and have a strong analytical thinking
- Able to work under pressure as a team or individual
