Responsibilities:
- Supervise the issuing process of due date notification and premium charges to individual, group and alternate customers
- Supervise the premium debit process through credit cards and bank account
- Supervise the reconciliation process of account checking to premium record
- Provide all premium billing statement report
Requirements:
- Max 35 years old
- Min. Bachelor Degree in Accounting major from reputable university
- Min. 4 years working experience as billing collection in Life Insurance industry
- Able to work under pressure as a team or individual
- Computer literate ( MS. Excel & Office is a must )
- Details and have good communication skill
