Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the planning and design department to ensure the project drawings of the building.
- Calculate the material's quantity required by the project in according to the project drawings.
- Monitor the update price list of materials following the specification that has been set.
- Negotiate with suppliers and contractors about the unit price of materials and the price package of work.
- Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, major in Civil Engineering from reputable university.
- Candidates have at least 3 years of working experience in Structure & Architect Quantity Surveyor.
- Age max 35 years old
