Requirements :
- Male
- Bachelor degree in Accounting / Information technology / Computer Science
- At least 5 years experience on IT Implementation
- Exercises independent judgment and will likely do so without supervision
- Responsible, punctual and motivated
- Excellent Verbal and written communication skills, strong presentation, highly detail-oriented and organized with excellent analytic problem-solving abilities
- Having good interpersonal skills
- Expert ability to work independently and manage one's time
- Expert leadership and mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback
- Expert knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods
- Expert knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods
JOB DESK :
- Manage Strategic planning for ERP implementation by reviews ERP software capabilities: Identify gaps, manual processes, new procedures, and training
- Employs strong problem solving skills to deal with internal and external problems in a professional and expedient manner
- Creates and delivers project plans and communications
- Facilitates resolution of risks and issues with optimum speed and efficiency
- Fulfills all quality and audit requirements for assigned projects
- Provide consistent and clear communication between all project stakeholders
- Assist the sales department in creating proposals for prospects or existing clients
- Work with a business analyst to create a business analysis plan
- Elicit requirements from stakeholders
- Prepare, monitor, review and track projects
- Prepare project communication plans
- Prepare and manage risk management plans
- Prepare and manage quality team plans
- Manage the project constraints of scope, time, budget, quality, risk, and resources
