Our client, a Mining Services Company, is urgently seeking for:
FINANCIAL PLANNING & BUSINESS SUPPORT SECTION HEAD Requirements:
- Bachelor degree of accounting, finance department
- Placement : Jakarta (Head Office)
- Experienced in private equity / financial advisory min, 2 year
- Experienced in acquisition, merger, feasibility study, valuation
- Experienced as team leader / project leader
- Preferably passed CFS level 2 exam
Requirements:
- Formulating company's budget based on collected data and review planning process periodically to get the reliable and valid company's financial in order toensure the whole of financial operation could beharmoniously with policies and company needs
- Participating and coordinating the things that related with corporate action such as acquisition, merger, set up new subsidiaries or affiliated company anddivestment which is held by company and subsidiariescoordinating with related functional (Engineering, Legal, Finance and others Department) on 'Due Dilligence" process, closing transaction process until projectevaluation
