Requirements : 
  HUMAN RESOURCES & LEGAL STAFF 
  - Male / Female
 - Maximum age 30 years
 - Education Min S1, Precedence Law/ Psychology/ Human Resource Management
 - One year experience in the field
 - Energetic, Careful, Responsible, Initiative, and Communicative.
 
Main Responsibilities : 
  - Responsible for managing HR (Recruitment, Development, and Assessment)
 - Implement the required licensing company
 - Create and implement document the agreement/ contract/ and other legal documents
 - Coordinating with the General Affairs Officer in the management of office buildings
 - Responsible for the implementation of the HR function and Corporate Law effectively
 - Carry out various other assigned tasks.
 
GENERAL AFFAIR (GA) STAFF
  - Male
 - Minimum Senior High School
 - Minimum age 25 years
 - Having an experience is advantage
 - Energetic, Careful, Responsible, Initiative, and Communicative.
 - Having Car Driving License (SIM A)
 
Main Responsibilities : 
  - To ensure the maintenance such asset, propety and office facilities.
 - Coordinating with GA Staff in the other unit.
 - To ensure the maintenance activities such as cleanliness, tidiness and security of the environment of the office.
 - To manage and provide the office cars.
 - To ensure the maintenance the office building
 - To ensure the maintenance and providing electric installation (Mechanical dan electrical)
 - Ensuring ATK matters (table, chair and cupboard)
 - Coordinating with an external party
 - To manage all company operationals need
 - Working wiht other team (Office boy, Security, driver and receptionist).
 - Carry out various other assigned tasks.
 
COMPANY SECRETARY 
  - Female
 - Maximum age 27 years
 - Minimum Diploma (preferably educational background of English, Communication, Secretary)
 - Minimum 1 years' of Corporate Secretarial experience
 - Fluent English
 - Familiar with offshore companies and knowledge of their relevant legislation and requirements will be advantageous but not compulsory
 - Strong interpersonal skills and team player.
 - Able to work in fast pace environment and is willing to commit to work.
 - High degree of professionalism,
 - Good written and verbal communication skills and an ability to provide advice on all aspects of corporate governance and corporate secretarial issues.
 - Energetic, Careful, Responsible, Initiative, and Communicative
 - Good computer skills, especially in Word and Excel.
 
Main Responsibilities : 
  - Manage the appointments/meetings/travel itineraries and schedule
 - Preparing expenses/travel claims
 - Handle processing of important documents
 - Maintaining personal and business files
 - Corporate record keeping
 - Supporting strategic planning activities
 - Noted the results of the meeting
 - Take minutes and prepare presentations and reports
 - Manage all aspects of local and overseas correspondences
 - Ad-hoc administrative matters & projects
 - Internal communications
 - Carry out various other assigned tasks.
