Planning and preparing training material. 2. Delivering product knowledge to the distributor. 3. Sharing knowledge the Company product's to distributors all Indonesia
4. Work closely with marketing and core teams to identify and develop training. 5. Identify training needs by evaluating strengths and weaknesses. 6. Implement training program.
